BlackShields Commercial Services LLC is the defense and security arm of Phoenix Group Consortium (PGC), based in Jordan and dedicated to advancing national and regional security through innovative technologies and integrated defense solutions. The company was formed through an alliance between Phoenix Logistics & Management Consulting LLC (PLC), Phoenix Projects Management LLC (PPM), and Eastern Security Services LLC (ESS)—all operating under the umbrella of Phoenix Group Consortium (PGC). BlackShields Commercial Services LLC is a Limited Liability Company duly registered in accordance with the applicable Laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under registration No. [53631] at the Companies Controller Department / Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, registered on [Feb 6, 2019] and updated its status on [July 14, 2024].

The company is fully registered with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) and Contract Opportunities, the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and the United States Department of Defense (DoD) under registration No. [A0BLX]. Through the combined expertise, resources, and proven track record of its consortium partners, BlackShields participates in large-scale defense and surveillance programs supporting U.S. and NATO entities.
